Great Wolf Lodge gave me a full refund. I am extremely happy and will definitely be back. Thank you Jason with guest relations!!!!

I literally just booked an early saver reservation for June. I tried calling today to cancel because I found out we cannot attend those dates.

They will not refund my deposit. The agent that I was chatting with told me they refund on every other one besides that one. I asked her if they can refund on every other one then why not mine and she didn't have an answer. I do not think that is fair.

It is February there is plenty time for them to rebook the room and get the same amount of money if not more. They can refund and just chose not to.

I am a long time customer and will never go here again because of it. You would think it would be worth it for them to just refund the deposit and they will continue to have a happy customer that continues to come back.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $344.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
