Went to Great Wolf in Centralia, WA. Disappointed experience.
We get there, theres no luggage carts in lobby, parking is packed & noone was able to procure a cart when asked. People appeared to hang onto their luggage carts once first using & not return them. Incredibly insufficient carts. Most employees looked like they were teens who were generally unorganized, did not know what they were doing & were agonizingly slow.
It took 20-30 minutes just to get ice cream, on top floor, by the pool. While waiting in line, I slipped on apparwntly wet floor (no signs posted), fell through the separation rope, directly in front of employees at the ice cream stand, and had only other guests to help me up & ask if i was ok. I developed a large bruise & an abrasion, with no attention from any employee...little disturbing....
whole experience poorly managed, unorganized with very poorly trained employees. Its a lawsuit waiting to happen.
